Pizza with Italian sausages with an egg

It was a tip that I wanted to try a pizza with an egg on it! As I had made 2 pizza doughs to make my lobster pizza, I had to find another topping for my second paste! I found this idea by flipping through my favorite pizza book. I could not resist, especially since I had superb sausage with fennel in the freezer!It's delicious with the egg yolk flowing, the only catch, there's not enough! Next time I will make small individual pizzas to get all the yellow for me;)

1 pizza dough lowered by 10 inches
5 Spoons. Pizza sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
4 sliced mushrooms
1 large Italian sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella1 egg

Preheat the oven to 425 FIn a saucepan, boil water and add the sausage, cook about 5 minutes. She will cut herself so much more easily!Place pizza dough on floured or parchment paper. Garnish with pizza sauce, onions, mushrooms and sausage slices. Cover with mozzarella cheese.Bake for 6 minutes.Remove the pizza from the oven, break an egg in the center and return to the oven for 4 minutes.

Frozen S’mores Crunch Cake

This frozen no-bake cake is so easy to make, you can have it sitting in the freezer in 10 minutes, and ready to eat in 120! A refreshing party treat, perfect for summer birthdays!

Ingredients

1

box Nature Valley™ Crunchy Granola Bar 

6

tablespoons butter, melted

1/3

cup sugar

3

cups whipped topping

1

(16 ounce) container marshmallow fluff

1

(8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened

1

cup thick hot fudge sauce (or chocolate hazelnut spread)

Directions

• 1 Unwrap granola bars and place in a food processor. Pulse until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and sugar, pulse to combine.

• 2 Pour half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Press flat.

• 3 In a stand mixer fitted with a beater attachment, mix together whipped topping, marshmallow fluff, and softened cream cheese until light and whippy. Spoon half of this mixture on top of the crumb crust in the baking dish. Spread hot fudge sauce on top of this layer, then layer with remaining marshmallow fluff and top with remaining crumb crust.

• 4 Cover with tin foil or plastic wrap. Place in freezer for 2 hours until frozen. Serve by slicing into squares. Enjoy!

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

About it:
"It is a dessert, but isn't too sweet, nor too salty. It is really pretty when you put it in a clear ovenproof dish." 

ingredients :

1. 2 cups crushed pretzels
2. 3/4 cup butter, melted  
3. 3 tablespoons white sugar
4. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5. 1 cup white sugar
6. 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
7. 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O®
8. 2 cups boiling water
9. 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries
10. Add all ingredients to list

         35 min                    10 min                     45 min

1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Stir together crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar; mix well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until set. Set aside to cool.
4. In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
5. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in still frozen strawberries and allow to set briefly. When mixture is about the consistency of egg whites, pour and spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
